We accept projects from 1 MT to 5000+ MT. For smaller requirements, we recommend combining with a batch to reduce per-unit cost. Contact us for a tailored solution based on your requirement size.
Do you provide erection and installation services?
Yes. INS Enterprises provides complete fabrication-to-erection solutions including field erection, alignment, grouting, and final bolting as part of a turnkey package or standalone erection contract.
Can you fabricate to international codes and standards?
Absolutely. We fabricate to ASME, AWS, IS, BS, EN, and DIN standards depending on project requirements. Our welders are qualified per ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1, and we can arrange third-party inspection from approved agencies.
What is your typical lead time for fabrication projects?
Lead time depends on complexity and quantity. Typical structural steel packages are delivered in 6–10 weeks from drawing approval. We maintain buffer stock of common sections to support faster turnaround for urgent requirements.
Do you handle surface treatment and painting in-house?
Yes. We have in-house shot blasting (SA 2.5) and painting facilities with an enclosed spray booth. We apply epoxy, polyurethane, zinc silicate and other paint systems as per client specifications.
